Assisting you in maximizing your listing’s value by highlighting its strongest features, creating flow and atmosphere, to attract your target buyer.

I will help you make your home more marketable and sellable: Your house will sell faster at its best price possible. Home staging is known to be the only service that truly brings measurable value when preparing a house for sale.

Home staging services and consultations will bring out the best in your home when listing it for sale, and help it stand out from others in order to attract showings.

I offer a personalized home staging consultation: A very cost effective and high value consultation that will instantly give you or your client all the strategic advice and tools needed to stage the property for sale.

During a home staging consultation, I will show sellers how to look at their home from the inside out. Walking through, room by room, I will assess what needs to be edited to make every room look amazing online and in person. I will recognize the strengths and weaknesses of the house and will advise the seller how to bring out the best when listing for sale. A home staging action plan and checklist will be sent via email after the consultation as a reference.

The number one thing, buyers appreciate when visiting a home for sale, is a fresh coat of paint. Besides a house being clean and odor free, buyers value a house that has been well maintained and shows pride of ownership.

The majority of buyers are attracted to a property that is move-in ready as this eliminates the buyer’s time and money spent, after moving into their new home.

STAYING IN YOUR HOME

Color can change the way a house feels, looks and flows. The right paint colors can enhance focal points, connect rooms in the house or can make a room feel more spacious, cozy or comfortable. Paint is one of the most rewarding and cost effective updates you can choose to do, when renovating or moving out or into your home.

Every color consultation will conclude with a detailed written paint color overview for you and/or your painter. Color swatches of the selected color, will be provided during the consultation.

An existing house can often be refreshed, using your own furnishings and accessories. Rejuvenate your home with furniture in the right place for optimum function, displaying your accessories in a way that it adds beauty, and hanging your art so it complements the space.
